How to File a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the courts in which the website operates.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We take copyright matters seriously and will respond promptly to all valid DMCA notices. Please note that submitting false claims may result in legal consequences under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
